LUNA TIDES collaborated with PR agency IJPR as co-producer and technical production partner on the official Electronic Press Kit (EPK) for Ludwig, the Big Talk Studios production for the BBC. Building on our previous high-end television collaborations, including Dope Girls, IJPR brought LUNA TIDES on board to capture behind-the-scenes B-roll, conduct high-quality cast and crew interviews, and lead the post-production of the final EPK.
The collaboration brought together IJPR’s PR and communications expertise with our production and post-production experience, creating a polished EPK designed to support the series’ wider promotional campaign.

FEATURED WORK
The brief was to capture the scale, energy and personality of the production through a combination of behind-the-scenes B-roll and in-depth cast and crew interviews, providing the foundations for the launch featurettes.
Across four days on set and in studio, the team was tasked with documenting the production as it unfolded, alongside one to two dedicated days of EPK interviews with key cast and crew. The footage would then be shaped through post-production into two polished, ten-minute promotional pieces, ready to support press and broadcast campaigns.
Working across an active production meant staying closely aligned with the various units and adapting quickly to changing schedules and locations. From atmospheric streetscapes and river stunt sequences in Cambridge to secondary filming blocks around London, we captured the production as it unfolded without disrupting the wider shoot.
The crew worked closely with the 1st and 2nd ADs to fit seamlessly around the filming schedule, identifying opportunities to capture strong behind-the-scenes material while live scenes were being set up and shot. A lightweight approach was key, with a single operator handling nimble B-roll capture and a focused two-person team for the interview setups, allowing us to maintain a high production value while keeping our footprint small.
The production delivered a strong body of dynamic, high-impact coverage, capturing standout moments from the shoot, including water stunts and key scenes featuring lead David Mitchell, alongside insightful interviews with cast and crew.
All production and post-production deliverables were completed smoothly within the agreed scope, resulting in polished EPK assets ready for the wider press and broadcast campaign. The project further demonstrated LUNA TIDES’ ability to operate as a trusted South Wales production partner for major television broadcasters and high-end drama productions.
