Mentera Cymru

LUNA TIDES was commissioned by Mentera (previously Menter a Busnes), a Welsh organisation supporting businesses, entrepreneurs and rural communities across Wales, to produce a corporate brand film alongside a series of commercial stings showcasing its work and reach.

The project required a considered bilingual approach, with content developed for both English and Welsh-speaking audiences across its corporate network. Working across multiple stakeholders and senior teams, we managed the production and feedback process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring the content remained consistent, engaging and aligned with Mentera's wider communications.

FEATURED WORK

The brief was to create distinct English and Welsh versions of the film, with both edits matching in visual pacing, structure and emotional impact while maintaining accuracy across both languages. The project also involved managing feedback from multiple levels of the organisation, from Marketing Officers and divisional directors through to the Chief Executive Officer.

With an accelerated timeline and senior-level presentations approaching, the challenge was to keep the process moving efficiently while ensuring every detail of the final assets was carefully considered, polished and ready for delivery.

To ensure both language versions remained closely aligned, LUNA TIDES established a collaborative and flexible post-production workflow. We worked through detailed client feedback to refine dialogue, adjust vocal pacing and balance the audio across both versions, while paying close attention to Welsh terminology and regional pronunciation within the voiceover.

Alongside the main films, we created time-coded subtitle tracks specifically for social media, ensuring the content remained accessible when viewed without sound. We also prepared and packaged the raw interview footage for the client’s internal teams to repurpose across their own organic content channels.

The project resulted in the successful, on-time delivery of a polished corporate media package, receiving strong approval from the marketing team and senior leadership. The Welsh version was finalised and packaged ahead of schedule, allowing it to be featured at the client’s upcoming executive presentations.

By combining careful bilingual post-production with a clear understanding of the organisation’s brand and communication needs, LUNA TIDES delivered a consistent set of assets across both languages and established a strong foundation for future collaboration.
