Our partnership with Screen Alliance Wales began in early 2021, when they approached LUNA TIDES to create a series of trainee recruitment films. As an industry-led organisation supporting people across Wales into film, TV and beyond, they wanted content that felt honest, encouraging and easy to relate to. Using real trainee stories, the films helped demystify the industry and encourage new entrants to take their first steps into screen careers.

Following the success of this initial project, the relationship grew into a strong four-year partnership. Since then, we’ve collaborated on trainee and stakeholder testimonial videos, exclusive interviews, an impactful five-year anniversary film and two full-concept brand films, What Could You Become? and Made in Wales — work that has played a key role in how Screen Alliance Wales connects with new talent, partners and the wider screen sector.

We work collaboratively through structured feedback rounds, ensuring each final film feels polished, cinematic, and effective across Screen Alliance Wales’ platforms.
