Our team worked closely with Tramshed Tech to identify the key moments, speakers, exhibitors, and experiences that would define the festival. A strategic content plan was developed to ensure comprehensive coverage across every aspect of the event, from keynote presentations and panel discussions to networking opportunities, workshops, exhibitions, and award celebrations.

To maximise coverage, LUNA TIDES deployed both photography and video production teams throughout the event. This approach allowed us to document the festival from multiple perspectives simultaneously while maintaining a consistent visual style across all deliverables.

Storytelling remained at the heart of the production. Rather than simply documenting what happened, our goal was to capture the connections, conversations, and opportunities being created throughout the day.
